AUTHENTIC LIVING COUNSELING AND WELLNESS
Atlanta Therapy Collective
Balance Your Mind • Nourish Your Body • Feed Your Soul
We specialize in providing therapy that goes beyond the our thoughts, and incorporates the body and the spirit (soul). Holistic psychotherapy focuses on the whole person, not just the intellect, and the therapists at Authentic Living are deeply committed to creating a safe space where you can rediscover and integrate all aspects of your true being.
We live in a time and a culture that does not honor the basic tenets of what makes us human beings. We are asked to do more, want more, and make more, in less time, with less needs, and less support than ever before. In a time when we are connected 24/7, it seems we are actually feeling more disconnected from our emotions, being present, our relationships, and the earth itself. We are left feeling isolated, alone, or struggling deeply with discontent.
Are you feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just empty? Are you living with low self-esteem, disordered eating, or addiction? Are you trying to function while managing persistent anxiety or depression? Is someone you love struggling with life, and you don’t know how to help?
You are not alone.
Our mission is to provide a center in Atlanta where people who are seeking holistic + integrative healing can find the resources and help they need to live their best lives.
We are honored to walk this path with you.

I am the founder and Director of Authentic Living Counseling & Wellness. I created Authentic Living in order to provide a supportive and safe place for people to explore and heal. Our aim is to provide clients with an experience that honors their unique perspective, validates their humanity, and supports their growth and development.
As Director of Authentic Living, I work closely with our therapists, providing support and direction every step of the way. My personal approach to therapy combines integrative mind-body (somatic) modalities that honor your body’s intuitive wisdom. I work with both the mind and the body in an effort to help truly heal both the conscious and unconscious roots of your struggle.
Before going into private practice full time, I practiced throughout Atlanta in hospital and outpatient settings, addressing a variety of mental health issues. I’ve also worked as a health coach in a medical setting, collaborating with clinical dietitians and physicians to offer an integrated approach to emotional + physical wellness.
I am the author of Ending The Diet Mindset: Reclaim A Healthy and Balanced With Food and Body Image, a book designed to help people heal from our cultural obsession with body image and dieting. I have the pleasure of speaking to organizations and presenting internationally, educating families, clients and clinicians on the treatment of eating disorders. I am the host of the Inner Alchemy Podcast which serves to help people reclaim balance in today’s “grind culture.” Most recently, a colleague and I released ‘Your Recovery Resource,’ an online program for those people navigating their loved one’s eating disorder recovery.

» Licensed Professional Counselor
» Nationally Certified Counselor
Hi there- I’m Andilyn! You can call me Andi. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, and I most recently received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
My experience includes working with teens and young adults in a private practice setting, with a focus on various issues such as anxiety, body image + self esteem, LGBTQ+ topics, relationships, and depression. I am also certified L1 in the Embodied Recovery model, a somatic model for working with eating disorders.
My clinical background also includes substance abuse, disordered eating and co-occurring mental health issues. I am passionate about serving my clients as an empathetic companion in each unique healing journey, and I am committed to providing a judgment-free, nurturing space for clients to reclaim their inner power.
I combine evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy with somatic therapy as I strive to combine a holistic approach in my work in order to achieve each individual’s goals of wellness. The process of self-discovery and healing inner wounds can be overwhelming, but you are not alone!
I truly believe that mental health counseling is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I can’t wait to walk alongside you in your story.

» Licensed Master Social Worker
Psychotherapy is my second career. As an attorney, I enjoyed working one-on-one with people, and I found myself drawn to my client’s personal stories. After many years in law, I decided that a career as a therapist was my true passion.
I employ a variety of approaches in my work including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I also have a passion for learning and incorporating somatic models of therapy into my sessions. I have particular expertise in helping trauma survivors. I help people heal from complex trauma by providing a safe, caring, non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
I have experience working with individuals who identify as part of a gender, sexuality or relationship structure minority (GSRM).
I believe it is a privilege to accompany people on their therapeutic journey. I tailor my approach to each unique individual.

» Licensed Associate Professional Counselor
I’m so glad you found your way to us. My name is Jonni (sounds like Johnny), and I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor or LAPC. I earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University, as a bachelor’s degrees in English and Fine Art Printmaking from the University of Georgia.
My clinical background includes working in substance abuse counseling at several levels of care, and I currently practice at an addiction treatment facility in Atlanta. A passion of mine is working with the family members of individuals living with addiction, and helping them to begin repairing and healing alongside their loved ones. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective treatment for people dealing with singular or long-term complex traumas.
Approaching counseling from a narrative perspective, my goal is to help clients recognize and deconstruct the unhelpful stories they’ve been living by and begin to write new, more empowering ones. I believe in creating a strong, therapeutic relationship and an emotionally safe environment for clients to begin working through the uncomfortable and take steps toward creating the life they came to therapy to find.
