Your Recovery Resource: A Program for Navigating Your Loved One’s Eating Disorder is a free course designed to provide the information and resources necessary to support your loved one through this difficult time. Through 40 years of expertise between myself and my colleague, Robyn Goldberg, we’ve created a comprehensive resource with information about your loved one’s eating disorder, tools to find the help you need, and opportunities for self-reflection for you to examine your own relationship with your body and food.

With this ever-evolving library of resources, you can take your unique healing journey at your own pace, taking what you need and leaving the rest. We will keep updating it with videos, worksheets, podcasts, and more as we find them, but we just have one favor to ask in return: If you find something that inspires you or sets off a lightbulb in your mind, please share it with someone else.
Healing needs to happen at a global, macro level, but before that can happen, we need to do the inner work with ourselves and then pass it on, one person at a time.
