Amy Jaynes is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Speaker, and the self-proclaimed Atlanta Ambassador of Emotionally Focused Therapy. She is passionate about meeting couples where they are, helping them slow down and understand difficult moments, and transforming their bond into a haven of security and peace. In addition to her work as the Clinical Co-Director of The Center for Living Balance, she also hosts Hold Me Tight® Retreats for couples.
