ABOUT Jennifer Hnat:

Jennifer Hnat is a registered dietitian nutritionist who practices an integrative and functional “whole person” approach to nutrition, health, and healing. Jennifer has worked at the world-renowned Shepherd Center, WellStar Comprehensive Bariatric Services at Kennestone Hospital, and the Nutrition Director for BLAST gyms. She studied mindful eating with Michelle May, M.D. and was a facilitator for Michelle’s Am I Hungry? Mindful eating program.

Jennifer has a private practice in Atlanta where she coaches clients to integrate mindful & intuitive eating skills to help them un-diet and end their food and body image struggle, utilizing evidence-based nutrition strategies to create personalized wellness plans. She also lectures on mindful & intuitive eating to Georgia dietitians at their annual conference and future dietitian students at Georgia State University.

After personally and professionally witnessing the profound, sustainable shifts that take place with mindful and intuitive eating, she created her unique, signature program – the 30-Day Mindful Eating Challenge. This virtual challenge is designed to help participants repair their relationship with food by deleting diet dogma and dialing into what Jennifer has coined as your “Intelligent Belly Wisdom™” so they can crack their Unique Food Code™. The is a beeline approach to making peace with food and the body as well as adopting an “all foods can fit” philosophy. Like all type A RD’s, Jennifer also facilitates a monthly mindful MasterMind group, mindful eating day retreats with local psychologists and therapists, and has been featured as a media dietitian on Fox 5 Atlanta and 11Alive.
