The Inner Alchemy Podcast with Becca Clegg
ON THIS EPISODE OF INNER ALCHEMY
BECOMING WHO YOU NEED, NOT KNOWING WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW AND SOMETHING TO BE HAPPY ABOUT
I could not be more excited for you to join us for this conversation with life coach and trauma survivor, Kel Bauer, on the Inner Alchemy Podcast. I stumbled across Kel on Instagram after being drawn to one of his energetic and entirely human Instagram reels. I immediately knew this was someone I wanted to have on the show. Kel uses his online space, not only to share his own story but to hold a space for others to feel seen in their own struggles. In this episode, we talk about the value of grief and trauma in helping us build awareness, waiting out the darkness in pursuit of the light, and realizing that we were never meant to live in survival mode. Kel shares his own thoughts on the purpose of hurt and how dance can affect our own relationship with self-expression. Listen now on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

ABOUT THE GUEST
KEL BAUER
Kel Bauer is a life coach and trauma survivor who uses social media as a way to promote positivity and share his story. Kel was born into a neglectful environment, which nearly cost him his life in an apartment fire started by his biological parents. Fortunately, Kel was rescued after being thrown out of a window by firefighters, but his brother sadly did not survive the tragedy. In the years since, Kel has had to overcome the trauma of living without his brother and shape a new awareness of the world that did not include survival mode and neglect as his “normal.”
Through owning his story and seeking to help others feel seen in their own struggles, Kel has grown to learn many lessons and perspectives along the way. His childhood prompted the healing journey that he is currently embracing after living most of his life in survival mode. With all of the hardships he have transformed into lessons along the way, Kel’s mission is to help others form new perspectives and feel a sense of empowerment that they can achieve everything they desire, regardless of their past pain and struggle.
