Originally designed as part of a 31-day class I led online and with in-person groups, the program materials are now presented to you in a condensed pdf document, that you can review online, or print and use as a journal. Included in the program are 31 modules that each contains a daily lesson, affirmations, and journaling activity. You can do the program 31 days in a row, or review & use the 31 modules at your own pace.
