"With this program, you have hit the jackpot."

“I have been treating clients with eating disorders for close to 40 years. One thing I have discovered is that being an expert in eating disorders does not necessarily mean that a clinician is an expert in eating disorder recovery. With this program, you have hit the jackpot. Robyn and Becca are the best in the business on both counts. You will not find better objective, thoroughly researched information, or more applicable subjective, compassionate wisdom than this. You can trust these two to guide you and your loved ones through the real life fire-swamp-twilight-forest that is diet mindset and eating disorder traps. This is the way to freedom.”

Everyone touched by an eating disorder needs help and guidance.

Helping a loved one navigate an eating disorder can be a challenging and frightening process. In addition to navigating the health care system and helping your loved one get the recovery support they need, you might also find it difficult to find the time and resources to show up for yourself in a meaningful way.

My colleague, Robyn Goldberg, RDN, CEDRD-S, and I have teamed up to create an online program for families and loved ones of people in eating disorder recovery. By providing accurate information, guidance, and resources– all in one place– we aim to help you feel less alone throughout the recovery process.
